An internal team of licensed adjusters investigates claims made against Harris County resulting from property damage, bodily injury, or other loss, as well as claims made by Harris County against other parties. The adjusters investigate and determine whether claims are covered and make recommendations to Commissioners Court regarding settlement, recovery, and denial of claims.
